Typically there are three models that are employed by Yes2Wind Energy to help a building or land owner develop a wind energy project:

Option1: One of our partners takes full control of all development and operational aspects of the wind energy project and guarantees the building or land owner a rental income over an agreed time period that is a fixed percentage of gross revenue from the energy output.

Option 2: A partnership model that offers a larger return on wind energy revenue in return for shared development costs. Each site is unique and therefore development costs are calculated on a project basis.

Option 3: A full business and wind energy advisory service option should a building or land owner wish to wholly develop, own and manage a wind energy project in its entirety, with our full support throughout.
